The Lower Matecumbe Beach Property Owners Association welcomes you. This is just a brief note to give you information about our Association.
LMBPOA started having meetings in May of 1968. The association was formed in order for neighbors to work together to support maintenance of our roads, canal, jetty, and easements and to improve and beautify the subdivision. To prevent downgrading of our zoning restrictions or by future changes in County and/or Village restrictions. To obtain all possible assistance form the State, County, and Village in providing maximum safety and security of individuals and/or property within the subdivision and to also act as liaison between the association and any government entity or other association or organization in order to fulfill the purpose and goals of the association.
This year the Board established a web site for our Association at lmbpoa.org. Please check this site for additional information about the Association including Board Member contact information, current community events and lots of other important and interesting information.
