THE LOWER MATECUMBE BEACH PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION
PURPOSE
1. To assist in every way possible in maintaining happy and harmonious relationship among all property owners
2. To work together to support maintenance of our roads, canal, jetty, and easements and to improve and beautify the subdivision.
3. To prevent downgrading of our zoning restrictions either by variances from present restrictions or by future changes in County and/or Village restrictions.
4. To obtain all possible assistance form the State, County and Village in providing maximum safety and security of individuals and/or property within the subdivision.
5. To act as liaison between the association and any government entity or other association or organization in order to fulfill the purpose and goals of the association.
